Our Mission
In 2005, shelters across the United States were euthanizing roughly 5 million cats and dogs every year. That was unacceptable. So we opened a clinic where every family could afford to spay or neuter their pet.
With over 230,000 surgeries performed and a 4.6 Google rating, we are one of the highest-volume spay/neuter clinics in Indiana. No income proof or residency requirements — just affordable, compassionate veterinary care for every pet owner. We operate Monday through Thursday, serving families from across the state.

With over 20 years of healthcare and nonprofit leadership experience, Autumn leads Pets Alive's next chapter — and spends part of most mornings in the clinic, where the mission actually happens.
