Pets Alive Indiana is thrilled to announce Autumn Allor as our new Executive Director. Autumn officially joined the team on February 3, 2026, and she's already making an impact.

Autumn brings more than 20 years of experience leading healthcare, nonprofit, and service-based organizations — and we couldn't be more excited to have her at the helm.

A Leader Who Gets Things Done

Most recently, Autumn served as Treatment Center Director at BayMark Health Services in Bloomington, where she led all operations, HR, and financial functions for a behavioral health program serving over 400 patients. Under her leadership, patient census grew by more than 100 in under a year, staff engagement and morale improved through new training and retention programs, and community partnerships expanded significantly.

Before BayMark, Autumn built HR systems from scratch as Operations Manager at Cinco Rio, managed multi-site operations supporting 49 medical providers at IU Health, and significantly increased department revenue through operational improvements.

She's also a Purdue-certified Master Gardener — so our clinic landscaping may be in for an upgrade too.

With over 230,000 surgeries performed since 2005, Pets Alive has a strong foundation. Autumn's leadership will help us build on that legacy — strengthening our team, expanding our programs, and continuing to provide affordable care to every pet owner who walks through our doors.
